Youth cycling program in Richmond
Just as I arrived it started to pour arghh.. I got the skills course set up and within a couple of
minutes the rain didn't matter. I have never seen so many happy kids riding in the rain!
Great group of kids and thanks to Conan Cooper for organizing this.
We have another session there on Wednesday, hope we have some sun!

Cypress Hill Climb sessions to begin
March 20th will mark the return of the annual
weekly Cypress hill sessions, now in its 10th year.
Whether you are an Elite rider, a GranFondo competitor or a weekend warrior,
these sessions will allow you to advance your riding skills in a fun and friendly
group setting. Each week will have a set plan in place and as always these are
a no drop ride, meaning we all start and finish together with the workouts able
to be done individually.
Meeting point is at Park Royal North Van 5:30 every Wednesday with drop ins
available. Cost for the structured session is $20.
